摘要
基于彩色涂层钢板的涂层特性原理:涂层结构特性、基板的耐蚀性、涂料(膜)的耐候性、彩板使用寿命的归类等,对建筑业在选用彩板中存在的二个基本概念问题,即彩板的耐蚀性及其使用寿命进行了分析和讨论.
Two main problems of precoated steel sheet for selecting application in the field of architecture, corrosion resistance and durability of precoated steel sheet, are presented in this paper. Basing on the coating characteristic principle, the coating structured characteristic, corrosion resistance of substrate, weathering properties of coatings and durability classification of precoated steel sheet are discussed.
