Co助剂对MoO_3/TiO_2─Al_2O_3加氢脱硫催化剂性能影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文利用中压(3.OMPa)固定床流动反应装置研究了不同Co含量对MoO3/TiO2─Al2O3催化剂加氢脱硫性能的影响.结果表明,少量Co助剂的引入可显著提高催化剂的加氢脱硫活性,但对加氢活性影响较小.Co/Co+Mo原子比在0.25~0.45范围内催化活性最高. hiophene hydrodesulfurizaation (HDS ), cyclohexene hydrogenation (HYD )and Benzene hydrogenation (BHD) activities of CoMo/(TiO2--Al2O3) are measured in a fixed --bed reactor with 0. 5g catalyst at 3.0 MPa H2 pressure. The results reveal that CoO and NiO can greatly improve the HDS activity of Mo/TiO2--Al2O3. The catalyst exhibits the highest activity when Co/Co+Mo atomic ratio is in the range of 0. 25 ̄0. 45. The measurement of the activities of the catalysts shows that the activities of CoMo/(TiO2--Al2O3), NiMo/(TiO2--Al2O3) are always higher than that of Mo/Ti2O3--Al2O3.
