摘要
通过对岩石掘进机工作过程及实验成果的分析研究,发现盘刀破岩的跃进切入岩石是整机震动、噪音产生不可忽视的原因。并从盘刀工作点的设定分析,给出了有效改善掘进机工作时的震动和噪音的依据。
An analysis of the boring process is proceeded companied with summarizing experiences shows that the leap cutting into the rock is the main source of vibration and noise, and then the study is concentrated on the working point of disc cutter resulting in a scientific basis for improving the machine operation and for eliminating or reducing the vibration and noise.
