摘要 本文对用于建造海洋平台管节点的抗层状撕裂钢——E36-Z35钢进行了低周疲劳特性和在变幅载荷下的疲劳强度研究。利用损伤力学和能量原理提出了恒幅和变幅下的疲劳损伤依据——临界疲劳损伤因子D_(fe)。并对影响临界疲劳损伤因子D_(fe)的四个因素:载荷大小、应力比、加载顺序、焊接等进行了研究。验证试验结果表明,临界疲劳损伤因子D_(fe)是评定金属材料及焊接接头疲劳破坏的适宜依据。 This paper describes the research work carried out for low cycle fatigue characteristics of E36 -Z35 steel and the fatigue strength under varying amplitude load. E36 -Z35 steel is a kind of anti lamilar tearing steel used widely in manufacturing of structural nodes for offshore platforms. By using damage mechanics and energy principle, the fatigure damage criteria- critical fatigue damage factor Dfcunder constant and varying amplitudes loads are studied and derived. The factors effecting Dfc,ie ,amount of load, stress ratio, loading frequency and welding are studied as well. The testing results show that the factor Dfc derived is an appropriate criterion for evaluation of fatigue damage for metal materials and welding joints.
