摘要
为了保证水下无损检测结果的可靠性和工作质量,必须建立和执行水下无损检测的质量保证体系。本文根据CCS的有关要求,参照ISO9000系列标准,结合目前多数水下工程服务机构的现状,对水下无损检测质量保证体系的要素确定和各要素的具体要求进行了全面的论述和分析,同时,对水下无损检测质量保证体系文件的组成、编制以及质量保证体系的建立和运行进行了阐述。
In order to assure the reliability and working quality of underwater non-destructive examination (NDE) result, the quality assurance (QA) system on underwater NDE has to be established and executed. According to the requirement put forward by China Classification Society, with reference to ISO 9000 system standard and linking with the present situation of majority underwater engineering service organizations in China, this article discusses and analysis the elements and requirements of underwater NDE QA system. At the meantime, the forming and compiling of NDE QA system documents as well as the establishment and operation of QA system are also described in this article.
