摘要
前牙的视觉审美除遵循一般的美学原则外,还普遍受视错觉的影响。近年来,笔者将视错觉的原理,结合到前牙光固化树脂修复中修复前牙龋齿、冠折、四环素牙、氟斑牙、釉质发育不全、死髓牙、牙间隙、扭转错位牙和牙体畸形,计294例721只牙。随访0.5～1年,修复体的外形和颜色与健康牙体组,修复体固位和抗力良好,患者满意。
The light curing composite resin appli- cation in the oral medicine had raised the level to esthetics of front teeth.The visual esthetical appreciation of front teeth were widespread in fluenced by the visual illu- sion,besides following general esthetical principles.The visual illusion was harmful, but had unique value to esthetics when its characteristic was acted on visual image and mentality. From 1990.1.to 1993.10,ugly 721 front teeth(194 cases)were treated by the light curing composite resin.In the course of treatment,it were adopted that proper choosing color,changing radian of cabial surfaces,increasing or reducing develop- mental grooves,adjusting the proportion of length to width in crown,suitable using at- tachment,altering veins of labial surfaces, choosing material of suitable value of color, up to special esthetical visual illusiion,in addition to abide principles of dental biome- chanics.
