摘要
本文分析了轴流风机涡流噪声产生机理,提出减小动叶叶尖与机壳之间的间隙降低涡流噪声的方法,并在BKJ66-1No4.5(8kw)子午局扇上进行试验研究,结果表明,适当减小动叶叶尖间隙可降低轴流风机的涡流噪声,同时,使风机的气动性能克得到改善。
Having analyzed the reasons for vortex noise of axial fans,the author puts forward anew way to control noise by reducing the distance between rotor blades and fan casing. Experi, ments have been done in a partial. fan named BKJ66 - 1 No4. 5 (8KW). The resultsshow that the new way not only reduces the vortex noise of axial fans, but also improvesthe aerodynamic performance of the fans.
