海马LTP中的突触前和突触后变化

摘要 采用分子生物学及电压钳制等多种新技术后,海马LTP突触前和突触后的机制研究取得了许多重要的进展,其中特别引人注意的是突触后受体的克隆、基因的活动及突触前的cGMP的作用、递质释放等。本人重点阐述在LTP产生与维持中突触前与突触后的变化。
