摘要
本文论述了利用光学显微镜和电子显微镜观察北方猪皮纤维间质的微观和超微观结构在准备工段中的变化,结合皮中氨基多糖含量的分析说明纤维间质在准备工段中除去的情况,同时以猪正软鞋面革和猪修饰鞋面革进行对比,说明准备工段中化学处理程度的不同对纤维间质除去的影响。还利用扫描电镜的观察和皮中羟脯氨含量的分析,说明除去纤维间质的同时胶原纤维所受的影响。
The series of experiments have been done as follows: observing the micro and altramicro structure changes of inuerfibrillary materials of north chinese pigskin dur- ing the beamhousepr ocess with optical microscope and transmissin electron microsco infla- pe, also determining the proteoglycan content in the skin with chemical analysis Infu- ences of different beamhouse operations on removal of interfibrillary materials are studied through comparing the results of soft upper leather and corrected grain lea- ther. The structure and content changes of collagen fibers have been studied by ob servation under scanning electron microscope and determination of hydroxyproline content.
