摘要
调查2070例现症麻风病人及治愈者发现畸残率为71.69％,其中多菌型有畸残的为75.06％,少菌型为60.58％。畸残率高是由于长期对康复及残疾预防没有足够重视,再加上一些社会因素所致。麻风病期愈长其畸残率愈高。开展康复医疗已是当务之急。
Two thousand and seventy cases of leprosy with 1,754 cures have been exa- mined for their disability and Found that the disability rate is 75.1% in multibacillary and 60.6% in pauciba- cillary cases. The higher disability ra- te, in the authors' opinion, are due to the fact that prevention of disability and the rehabilitation have not been taken seriously for a long time in the past as well as to some social factors. The authors think that rehabilitation for leprosy is a task of top priority in our country.
