摘要
本文根据二项式以及图解和举例,详细说明了有机质谱中同位素峰的丰度计算和同位素原子的分布,提出了同位素峰丰度的简单的倒推算法和最少离子数概念。
Abundance calculation of isotopic peaks and distribution of isotopic atoms in organic mass spectrometry have been demonstrated in ditail according to the binomial with some diagrams and examples, An inverse calculation method of isotopic peak abundance and a concept of minimum ionic number have also been proposed in this paper,
