摘要
本文就夏季汛期江湖洲滩水淹后,钉螺在水下的生存繁殖以及洪水对其影响程度作了现场实验观察。结果水淹3个月后,成螺的死亡率显著高于对照组1.56倍,而子代新螺数显著高于对照组2.25倍。认为洲滩夏水冬陆的自然条件是江湖洲滩钉螺增殖率高的主要原因之一。
Experiment with caged snails were carried out both in marshland and in land during the flooding season in summer, 1987. 100 couples of snails, reared in cages measuring 100×50×30cm and covered with nylon net(14 hole/inch), were observed once a month.
Results showed that the death rate of the snails submerged in water for 3 months was 1.56 times higher than that of the control snails living in land, and the mean number of offsprings per snail cage submerged in water was 2.25 times greater than that of the control ones. The conclusion is that flooding is a faverable factor both for egg-hatching in adult snails and for growth of offsprings, so that the number of snail population always increases sharply in marshlands.
