摘要
利用雄性不育、黄色胚乳的F_(546)与白色胚乳自交系杂交的F_2代群体以及测交群体测定出玉米雄性不育基因ms 与胚乳颜色基因y 间的交换值约为5%。这一结果表明,前人提出的利用ms—y 基因系统进行玉米种子生产不需去雄的方案很难实施。
The cross-over value between the male-sterile gene ms and the endospermcolor gene y of corn is estimated by using both the F_2 population of nuclearmale-sterile yellow endosperm inbred,F^(546)×white endosperm inbred and theirtestcross population.The segregation of endosperm colors in F_2 generation andtestcross progenies is agreeable to the segregating proportion of one pair genes.The cross-over value calculated by both methods is about 5 percent.The resultindicates that it is difficult to use ms-y gene system in the production of hyb-rid corn seed without detasseling.
