摘要
本文介绍了弹体车削噪声污染及其危害,并从生产实际出发,对弹休车削加工噪声进行了测试与分析,找到了噪声源,确定了降噪方案,并对刀具——工件系统做了改进设计,同时,还对改进后的系统做了可行性试验研究。试验证明,所用降噪措施降噪效果明显,收到了较大的环境效益和社会效益。
The noise creating during shell-body turning is measured and analysed. The noise source is found and measures for reducing it are percepted. The authors had modified the cutter-work system design. Experimantal trials show that the noise reduction is effec- tive.
