摘要
本文是线切割机的一个数字程控设计,叙述了加工控制的基本原理,及结合国产CMOS集成电路所作的选择,可以与TTL电路兼容,设计控制精度为±1μn,实践表明,加工精度在±10μm以内.
A numerical control design for the wire-electrode cutting machine is constructed. The principles of dimension control and the selection of home - made circuit elements is described. The designed control precision is±1μm and the practice shows that total accuracy is better than±10μm.
