摘要
衰老是受遗传控制的生命现象,基因是生物一切原发信息的来源,细胞老化的原发改变一定是基因水平上的变化。据此,对体外有延缓细胞增殖能力下降的中草药提取物F-23和P-15对诱发基因突变和DNA损伤的保护作用进行了观察。通过鼠伤寒沙门氏菌/哺乳动物微粒体酶测变试验、果蝇性联隐性致死突变(SLRL)试验、V_(79)细胞姊妹染色单体交换(SCE)检测和人体外周白细胞程序外DNA合成(UDS)试验等观察。显示F-23和P-15分别对已知诱变剂2-氨基芴(2AF)、甲磺酸甲酯(MMS)和农药溴氰菊酯及电离辐射等诱发的基因突变和DNA损伤有保护作用。对降低基因突变和DNA损伤与细胞老化的关系作了讨论。
The antiaging action of the extracts from chinese traditional medicines F-23 and P-15 that can moderate the degression of cell multiplicative rate are studied from thier protective effect on induced mutagenesis and DNA damage. The expermental results show that F-23 and P-15 can reduce reverse mutation by 2AF in Salmonella, SLRL rate induced by MMS and Delmethrin in Drosophila melanogaster, SCE value induced by60Co r-ray in V79 cells arid UDS induced by Chlormethini Hydrochloridi in human leucocytes. The relation between mutation and DNA damage and cell aging is discussed in this paper.
