石墨化后采用电化学插层法来提高炭纤维导电率的初步研究

摘要 用一种PAN炭纤维进行常规和催化石墨化,然后用电化学插层的方法制成石墨纤维残余层间化合物,插层物为硝酸和硫酸。电化学插层后,石墨纤维的电阻率下降。硝酸石墨纤维残余层间化合物的电阻率ρ为1.0×10^(-6)Ω·m(原石墨纤维的电阻率ρ为5.38×10^(-6)Ω·m),并且在室温下是稳定的。 One kind of PAN carbon fiber was heat-treated by conventional and cata- lytic grahitization. The residue intercalates compounds of graphite fibers were prepared by electrochemical intercalation. Nitric acid and sulfuric acid were used as intercalation materials. The electric resistivity of graphite fiber can be decreased by electrochemical intercalation. The electrical resistivity of residue nitric acid intercalation compound of graphite fiber p is 1.0×10^(-6)(?) . m (for original graphite fiber p=5.38×10^(-8)(?).m) and it is stable at room temperature.
