Y-Ba-Cu-Ag四元氧化物超导材料的研究

摘要 本文报道了Y-Ba-Cu-Ag四元氧化物体系的超导电性。发现少量Ag的存在,可使超导临界转变温度略有提高,转变宽度变窄,而且Ag已经取代Cu,进入斜方形的钙钛矿超导相结构中,再次证明了该特殊的物相结构是导致高Tc超导性的重要原因。 The Superconductivity of the Y-Ba-Cu-Ag-O system is reported in this paper. Our results suggested that the Tc of Y-Ba-Cu-Ag-O superconductor rose slightly and the superconducting transition became sharper when a small amount of silver was doped in it. The silver actually substituted the copper in the superconducting phase structure of the ortho rhombic distortional perovskite. It is confirmed again that the special phase structure is important to cause a high Tc superconductivity.
