摘要
分别选用MgO和甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯作为交联剂,探讨了两者对PMI泡沫塑料性能的影响。结果发现:PMI泡沫塑料的密度随着交联剂用量的增加而逐渐升高,泡孔平均孔径随着交联剂用量的增加而逐渐减小。PMI泡沫塑料的压缩强度、剪切强度、拉伸强度和弹性模量均随着交联剂用量的增加而逐渐升高,断裂伸长率随着交联剂用量的增加先升高后降低。交联剂的加入改善了PMI泡沫塑料的耐热性能。使用MgO作交联剂时有利于PMI泡沫塑料弹性模量的提高,使用甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯作交联剂时对密度的影响更加显著,并且有利于PMI泡沫塑料断裂伸长率的提高。
The effect of crosslinking agent on the preparation of PMI foams was presented by selecting MgO and allyl methacrylate as crosslinking agent respectively. The results showed that the density of PMI foams was gradually improved, and the average cellular diameter decreased with the increase of the content of crosslinking agent. The heat resistance and mechanical properties including compression strength, shear strength, tensile strength and tensile modulus was also gradually improved while the breaking elongation firstly increased then decreased with the increase of the content of crosslinking agent. PMI foams used MgO as crosslinking agent showed higher tensile modulus and the PMI foams used allyl methacrylate as crosslinking agent exhibited higher density and breaking elongation.
