摘要
能源对于各国政治、经济和社会发展具有重要的战略意义。作者通过分析指出,世界经济与能源需求的波动之间具有高度吻合的互动关系。虽然历次世界能源危机及其他突发事件的爆发对世界经济增长和能源需求造成重大冲击,但它们并没有改变两者的互动关系。其根本原因就在于能源在影响人类经济社会发展的各种因素中一直具有基础性地位。因此,各国仍需积极应对经济增长乃至国家安全所面临的能源风险。
There is a high interaction between world growth fluctuation and world energy consumption fluctuation.Although every world energy crisis and the various other crises had imposed major shocks on world growth and energy consumption,such interaction relationship did not changed,because energy has been a fundamental factor for the human economic and social development.Therefore,all countries should take active measures to guard against the energy risks threatening economic growth and national security.
