摘要
氨基甲酸酯热分解制备异氰酸酯是非光气法制备异氰酸酯的关键步骤。综述了氨基甲酸酯热分解制备异氰酸酯反应的研究进展。介绍了用于该反应的不同类型催化剂及采用不同催化剂时的反应机理,对溶剂、热载体以及操作方式对该反应体系的影响进行了分析。并对氨基甲酸酯热分解制备异氰酸酯提出了建议。
The cleavage of carbamate to isocyanate is the key step in the non-phosgene process to produce isocyanate. In this paper, the recent progress on the research of carbamate cleavage to isocyanate was reviewed. The catalysts for the reaction and the related reaction mechanism were compared. In addition, the influences of solvent, heat carrier, and the operational methods on the reaction were discussed. At the end, some suggestions for the development of this reaction in the future were given.
