摘要
研究以USB2.0为通信接口的沥青拌和站数据采集系统的设计与实现。新的设计改进了现有的以标准串行接口为通信接口的沥青拌和站数据采集系统,提出一种基于USB2.0的高速数据采集系统。该系统采用Cypress公司的支持USB2.0高速传输的EZ-USBFX2系列器件CY7C68013作为主控制器,CY7C68013配置为端口模式。该系统数据传输速率高,成本较低并且即插即用,使用方便。
Design and implementation of the bitumen mix plant data acquisition system with USB2.0 as communication bus are researched.In the new design, the existing bitumen mix plant data acquisition system taking the standard serial interface as communication interface is improved, and a high speed data acquisition system that uses USB2.0 technology are proposed and designed.The EZ-USB FX2 series chip from Cypress Corporation CY7C68013 which supports USB2.0 high speed transmission is adopted as main controller, and the main controller CY7C68013 is configured in ports mode.This system has higher data transmission speed ,lower cost and is very easy to operate because of its plug and play characteristic.
