摘要
针对板材厚度降低导致发泡过程中箱体内壳局部变形等质量缺陷,发泡模与箱体内壳的配合准确程度是主要因素。基于有限元软件ABAQUS对箱体内壳冷却变形进行了模拟分析,计算了X向和Y向的关键点变形和相对变形量。在传统模具设计的基础上,提出了发泡模设计的补偿算法,采用该算法对某型号冰箱箱体发泡模进行了设计,生产实践证明完全可行。
Defects like local deformation in an ice box inner casing during foaming process may occur due to decrease of plate thickness; and the main factors were found to be the accurate degree of titling between the foam mould and the box inner casing. The cooling deformation of the box inner casing was simulated and analyzed based on ABAQUS finite element software. The deformation of key points and relative deformation amount in the X and Y direction were calculated. A compensation algorithm based on conventional designs for foam moulds was proposed that has been applied to the development of a foam mould for an ice box body and demonstrated to be feasible.
