摘要
讨论了注射成型塑料齿轮的收缩机理,介绍了影响成型收缩率的主要因素。通过对塑件成型制品的收缩规则和收缩特性分析,提出了塑料齿轮向"对称中心"收缩的概念,利用实例计算,得出模具型腔与塑料齿轮的关系式,并对收缩角和实际收缩率进行了阐述。由渐开线模具型腔得到的塑料齿轮,其齿形也是渐开线。
The shrinkage mechanism of injection molding for plastic gears was discussed. The major factors influencing the shrinkage amount were described. After analysis on the shrinkage rules and characteristics, it was found that a plastic gear tends to shrink toward its geometrical center and a new concept was put forward. The relation between mould cavities and plastic gears was obtained through calculation and the shrinkage angle and shrinkage rate were discussed. Researches prove that involute mould cavity makes involute plastic gears.
