摘要 高压隔离开关处于高电压、大电流、强磁场的工作环境,针对其触头温度难以测量并严重影响供电可靠性的问题,笔者在分析红外测温基本原理的基础上,提出了基于红外温度传感器的高压隔离开关触头温度在线监测方案,设计了温度检测硬件电路,开发了温度检测软件,研制了基于局域网络的温度在线监测系统。实验结果表明:触头温度测量准确,数据传输实时性好,系统运行稳定可靠。 The temperature measurement of contacts in a high voltage (HV) switchgear is very difficult because of the circumstance of high voltage and powerful electromagnetic field, which has serious impact on the reliability of electricity supply. This paper presents an on-line temperature measurement scheme for contacts in HV switehgear based on infrared temperature sensor. Temperature measurement circuits are designed, a software for measuring temperature is coded, and an on-line temperature measurement system based on local area network is hence developed. The experimental results of the system show that the measurement of contacts temperature is accurate, the data transmission is real-time, and the system operates reliably and stably.
