摘要
非线性渐变波导在许多微波系统中具有举足轻重的作用,而它应用在回旋管中主要是为了高效率地输出高纯度的微波。本文分别利用耦合波方程数值解法和散射矩阵级联法分析和计算了0.22THz回旋管非线性渐变输出波导的性能,同时用HFSS10.0仿真软件对其仿真计算,三者得到的结果基本一致,从而验证了渐变波导设计理论的正确性;在这之前,为了能够测试两程序的正确性本文还计算了已发表文献中的两个相关的例子。
Nonlinear taper waveguide play an import role in many microwave systems,and it is used to transmit efficiently high-purity microwave in gyrotrons.In this paper,we have analyzed and calculated a nonlinear output taper guide of 0.22 THz gyrotrons by using the method of integrating the coupled wave equations and the method of scattering matrix,meanwhile we have used simulation software HFSS 10.0 to simulated and calculated it,and the result is as the same as the first two methods,so the accuracy of the taper's designing theory is examined.Before this,we have calculated two relevant examples in some published papers to examine the accuracy of the two procedures.
