摘要 自动装弹时,扭簧的刚度系数和阻尼系数会影响抛壳力的大小,从而影响抛壳过程能否顺利完成。通过分析抛壳机的拓扑结构,在一定简化的基础上,依据多刚体动力学建模理论,利用ADAMS软件建立某型自动装弹机抛壳机的虚拟样机,对抛壳过程进行了动力学仿真。通过弹底壳速度、运动轨迹的仿真试验与实际结果对比,验证了模型的正确性。研究了扭簧刚度系数的变化对抛壳过程的影响程度。仿真分析结果可为抛壳机的维修和新型自动装弹机的设计提供参考。 When autoloading, the stiffness coefficient and damping coefficient of the torsion spring have influence on ejecting force so as to affect the result of ejecting process. By use of topological structure analysis, based on a certain simplification, according to dynamics modelling theory of multi-rigid-body, the virtual prototype of the ejector in a type of autoloader was established by means of ADAMS software, and the dynamics simulation test was performed. Through comparison of simulation test results of projectile base ejecting speed and motion trajectory with actual results the correctness of the model was verified. The influence of stiffness coefficient variation of the torsion spring on cartridge ejecting process was studied. The simulation analysis result can provide reference for the maintenance of ejector and the design of new type of autoloader.
