摘要
针对当前工业监测网络技术中存在的动态性能及通用性较差等问题,提出了一种基于新一代网络中间件———通用即插即用(UPnP)技术的智能化状态监测与故障诊断网络系统实现方法.根据工业监测网络技术的特点与要求,搭建了状态监测与故障诊断网络系统模型,并以UPnP技术为核心设计实现了系统网络构架;通过嵌入式技术,开发了实时数据采集节点、监控中心节点与数据中心节点,为系统提供有力的实时数据支持.利用UPnP事件调用机制与内部通信接口实现对监测节点的自主识别、无缝链接等功能,且通过其对网关的支持突破实IP地址的限制,实现大数据量的远程实时在线监测.工业现场实验证明,该系统具备良好的自适应能力,能够实现对监测仪器网络的智能化管理.
In order to resolve the problem of bad dynamic ability and poor versatility in the area of industry monitoring network technology (IMNT), an intelligent status monitoring and fault diagnosis network,-system (SFNS) based on a new network middleware, universal plug and play (UPnP), was proposed. The model for SFNS was established according to characteristics and requirements of IMNT, and the system network architecture was designed and realized to be centered at UPnP. Using the embedded system technology, real-time data collection node, monitoring center node and data storage server were designed, and they could supply powerful real-time data support for SFNS. By the UPnP event-subscription mechanism and internal communication interface, self recognition and seamless linkage were realized for the monitoring node, and the real-time remote monitoring was achieved by its gateway support. Industry fields experiments proved that this system had good self-adapting ability, and it could realize the intelligent management for monitoring network.
