摘要 主要研究了以对甲酚为原料在硫酸介质中用Mn2O3作为氧化剂合成对羟基苯甲醛的工艺。Mn2O3是在923K下灼烧MnO260分钟而得到的,再通过正交实验法确定了最适宜的氧化反应温度为323K,c(H2SO4)=7.0mol/L,搅拌转速为600r/min,反应时间是50分钟。并用三步过滤法分离产物,再重结晶提纯产品。 This article mainly studied synthesizing the p-hydroxybenzaldehyde, in which the raw material,paracresol, was oxidated by Mn2O3 in the sulphuric acid medium. The oxidant Mn20a is obtained by igniting at 923K about one hour, then we confirmed that the optimum conditions through orthogonal experiment which were as follows, reactive temperature was 323K, the sulphuric acid concentration was 7.0mol/ L,the greatest stirring rate was 600r/min, reaction time was fifty minutes. Specially, we improved the three steps of filtrating method that could be used to segregate the production. Then we purified the manufacture by reerystallization,weigh the final crystal and made the qualitative examination.
