摘要
作为中国传统文化的主流,儒家思想仍然影响、推动着中国文化发展的进程。儒家人本思想、义利相通的义利观、人生理念、伦理思想是现代组织文化构建的重要因素。本文从儒家思想的现代价值入手,就高职院校图书馆核心价值体系、服务宗旨、精神、行为准则等方面着重探讨如何积极发掘儒家思想精华,构建更深意义层面上的高职院校图书馆组织文化。
As the mainstream of China＇ s traditional culture, Confucianism is still affecting and promoting China＇ s Cultural progress. Such confucian thoughts as people - oriented concept, integration of justice and benefit, philosophy of life, and ethical ideas are important factors to construct modem organization culture. Starting with the modem values of Confucian thoughts, the thesis aims to positively explore the essence of Confucian thinking in terms of core value system,service target, spirit and behavior criterion, thus constructing the organization culture at further level in the vocational college library.
