摘要
目的探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)治疗高度近视散光的临床疗效。方法应用鹰视准分子激光治疗系统对76例(147眼)高度近视散光患者进行LASIK手术治疗。随访1年以上,观察术后裸眼视力(UCVA)、散光度及其散光轴位的变化。结果141眼(95.9%)术后UCVA≥术前最佳矫正视力(BC-VA),其中55眼(37.4%)较术前BCVA提高1行以上。134眼(91.2%)散光度数为(-0.01±0.45)D,散光轴向平均较术前偏斜5.1度,散光矫正率99.3%。结论LASIK治疗高度近视散光效果明显,安全可靠。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of exeimer laser in-situ keratomileusis(LASIK) on execssive myopia and myopic astigmatism. Methods 76 cases (147 eyes) with excessive myopia and myopic astignmtism were treated by ALLEGTFO excimer laser system. All cases were followed up exceed 1 year. The change of peri-operative acuity of vision, astigmatism and astigmatism axial were observed and compared. Results After operation, the uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA) in 141 of 147 eyes (95.9 % ) was improved or equal to preoperative best corrected visual acuity(BCVA), of which55 eyes(37.4%) raised more than 1 line. In 134 eyes (91.2%), the mean astigmatism dimensionality was ( - 0.01 ± 0.45)D, astigmatism axis change within 5. 1°than preoperative, and totally astigmatism rectify rate was 99.3 %. Conclusion It proved that the LASIK was an effective and safety method to treat excessive myopia and myopic astigmatism.
