CT灌注成像对脑缺血半暗带的识别及在动脉溶栓中的价值

摘要
动脉内局部溶栓(local intra-arterial lhrombolysis, LIAT)治疗颈动脉系统血管急性闭塞成为临床有效的方法之一,如何在时间窗内快速选择合适的病例,成为日益受剑关注的问题。若基于病理生理学改变,而非单纯凭缺血时间来来选择患者,能够确定个体化的治疗方案,提高疗效,减少不良反应。
