摘要
目的探讨人性化管理干预降低产科护士压力的方法与效果。方法调查产科护士工作压力来源,采取人性化管理干预措施,比较干预前后护士应对方式评分变化。结果产科护士普遍存在压力,人性化管理干预前后护士应对方式评分比较有显著性差异(P〈0.01)。结论人性化管理干预是降低产科护士压力的有效措施。
Objective To study the effect and methods to reduce the maternity nurses'stress after humanized management intervention. Methods Investigate the sources of maternity nurses' stress, take humanized management intervention measures, compare the change of score. Results Nurses had stress generally, there was significant difference in the comparison of score of nurses, coping ctyle before and after intervention ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions Humanized management intervention is effective measure to reduce maternity nurses' stress.
