在电信运营商重组的市场格局下,为解决国内各大运营商如何降低客户流失率并保持市场份额的问题,在基于SPSS公司的Clementine挖掘平台的基础上,对数据理解、数据准备、建立模型等主要步骤进行了分析,建立了客户流失预测模型,并针对高流失概率客户群提出了针对不同类型客户的挽留策略。
Under the circumstance of telecom operators reconstructing, how to minimize the loss rate of customers and how to maintain market share are concerned by domestic telecom operators. On the basis of SPSS Clementine mining, it analyzes main steps of customer churn analysis such as data understanding and preparing, model constructing. It builds a customer loss prediction model, which can express different types of customer retention strategies to different types of customer in high loss rate customer group.
