摘要
根据自动控制理论,提出了刮板输送机链条张力自动调节原理,建立了具有电液控制自动张力系统的刮板输送机的力学模型。对尾部带有预张力控制系统的刮板输送机进行实例仿真研究,结果表明:张力自动调节系统的应用,对于有预启动的工况,链条张力得到很好的控制;对于刮板输送机直接启动的工况,预紧力控制效果不理想,但启动前增大初始张力,可以有效减小张力的波动。
In response to the automatic control theory, the paper introduces the automatic regulating principle of chain tension in scraper conveyor, and builds the dynamic model of the conveyor with automatic electric-hydraulic control tension system. There is a simulation for the conveyor with the tail pretension control system. It concludes that for the application of the automatic tension system, the chain tension is controlled well during the condition with the pre-activation; pretension control effects are not well during the condition with the direct activation, but increasing the initial tension can light the tension fluctuation effectively before start-up.
