摘要
针对注塑过程中翘曲量这一成型质量指标,提出基于可拓关联的注塑成型工艺参数优化方法。首先给出了可拓关联的定义及计算方法,接着给出了基于可拓关联的注塑成型工艺参数优化方法。在结合一带有凸沿杯子的注塑成型实例研究中,利用基于可拓关联、神经网络响应面及蚁群算法的方法进行注塑成型工艺参数优化,优化后的结果利用数值模拟和实际注塑成型实验验证,其结果表明:基于可拓关联及神经网络响应面模型的注塑成型工艺参数优化方法可靠,并具有较好的实用价值。
Aiming at the quality factor of warpage quantity in the plastic injection process, the optimum method on craft parameters of plastic injection based on extensive correlation was provided. The definition and calculation method of extensive correlation were given at first, and the optimum method on the craft parameters of plastic injection based on extensive correlation was given too. In the case study of plastic injection of a cup with fringe, the optimum craft parameters of plastic injection were gotten by the extensive correlation, response surface of neural network, and improved ant algorithm of continuous field. The optimum result was verified by a computer aided engineering (CAE) and the experiments of plastic injection in injection machine, it showed that the optimum result of plastic injection based on extensive correlation and neural network was reliability, and had good practical meaning.
