摘要 高速钢M42的淬火晶粒度决定于淬火温度和淬火保温时间,淬火晶粒度和回火碳化物的形貌对钢的耐磨性有较大的影响。将钢的淬火晶粒度和回火碳化物级别控制在合理的范围内,可使其获得良好的耐磨性。 The quenched grain size is dependent on the austenitizing temperature and the holding time at the austenitizing temperature for the M42 high-speed steel. The quenched grain size and the morphology of tempered earbide will notably influenee the wearability of steel. If the quenched grain size and the tempered carbide grade of M42 steel are controlled in a reasonable range,the steel will provide good wearability.
