摘要
对用新工艺生产的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)双重壁管材的重要技术参数内壁粗糙系数进行原型试验和分析,得到内壁粗糙系数在不同流速和雷诺数时的取值范围,并分析适用条件,为工程、设计部门提供了选取技术参数内壁粗糙系数的依据.
High density polyethylene (HDPE) double wall pipe material is a new pipe material produced by new technology. The roughness of inside wall, which is an important parameter of this pipe material, is experimentally studied. The applicable conditions of the roughness are also analyzed. The results provide the basis for the engineering and design department to select the scientific parameter.
