摘要
目的了解不同年级大学生心理健康状况的特点与差异,为大学生心理健康教育与咨询提供参考。方法用大学生人格问卷(UPI)在10981名1~4年级大学生中进行测试。结果1无论是从三类人群的检出率来看,还是从UPI总分来看,不同年级大学生的心理健康状况有差异,即二、三年级较差,一、四年级较好;2从目前大学生存在的具体心理问题来看,无论是总体情况还是不同年级之间,普遍存在的心理问题比较一致,即是:对脏很在乎,思想不集中,在乎别人视线和注意周围的人,缺乏耐力,记忆力减退,过于担心将来的事情,爱操心,情绪易被破坏,摆脱不了毫无意义的想法,缺乏自信心、热情和积极性。结论不同年级大学生的心理健康状况存在差异,但普遍存在的具体心理问题比较一致。
Objective To explore the differences of mental health state of university students from different grades so as to provide a scientific basis for the mental health education and counseling. Methods 10981 university students from grade one to four were assessed with UPI (University Personality Inventory). Results ①There were significant differences in mental health state between different grades,i, e. ,students of grade one or four were better than those of grade two or three. ②The most frequent mental problems of different grades were just the same,such as excessive anxieties about dirty, the future, people around or theiteyes; difficulty to think clearly,memory decline,easily being hurt by others,cannot getting rid oneself of unrelated thoughts; lacking of stamina,self-confidence,enthusiasm or initiative. Conclusion There were significant differences in mental health state between university students from different grades,but the most frequent mental problems were the same.
