SPECT在颅内外血管吻合术疗效评价中的作用探讨

摘要 目的:探讨单光子发射电子计算机断层扫描(SPECT)在颅内外血管吻合术疗效评价中的作用。方法:对10例因缺血性脑血管病进行颅内外血管吻合术的患者术前术后进行局部脑血流量(rCBF)测定,对其临床症状进行分析,用Barthel指数评定患者的日常生活活动(ADL)。结果:术后全部患者局部脑血流量均有改善,临床症状有不同程度的恢复,Barthel指数均有改善。结论:SPECT有助于评价缺血性脑血管病疗效。 Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of extracranial-intracranial arterial anastomosis on ischemic cerebrovascular disease by SPECT. Methods: Ten patients with ischemic cerebral disease underwent EC-IC anastomosis. SPECT brain perfusion imaging was performed before and after treatment, clinical states were analyzed, ADL status was measured using BI Index. Results: Regional cerebral blood flow measured by SPECT showed that rCBF was increased postoperatively. Clinical symptoms were improved, BI Index was improved. Conclusions: Application of SPECT is helpful to evaluate the therapeutic effect of extracranial-intracranial anastomosis on the ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
