摘要
基于多方面的数据资料,分析阐述了铝合金低温下机械性能的变化规律:随着温度的降低,铝合金屈服强度和抗拉强度有所增加,塑性和韧性有所提高,疲劳特性得到改善。评估了LD5铝合金低温下的机械性能,以及发生冷脆现象的可能性。研究表明:当LD5铝合金用于77 K以上低温环境时,若构件最大应力小于LD5室温下的屈服强度,则构件的低温机械性能可以得到保证。
Based on various data and information, the mechanical properties of aluminum alloys in low temperatures were analyzed and illustrated. With the temperature dropping, the yield strength and tensile strength of aluminum alloys increased, the plasticity, toughness and fatigue property improved. The mechanical properties and the brittle possibility of LD5 aluminum alloy in low temperature were evaluated. The investigation shows that when the LD5 aluminum alloy was used above 77 K and the maximum stress of component is less than the yield strength at room temperature, the mechanical properties of the component will be sustained.
