摘要
论述水煤浆气化制合成气或甲烷时,用坑口气化取代单项化工装置前气化,具有明显的优越性。通过模拟计算讨论了坑口气化的工艺路线,包括采用常规技术和重大技术难题,并分析其经济上的现实性。对于一个年产30亿Nm3的人工天然气的工厂,产品中CH4含量可达975%,年耗煤640万t,投资约182亿元,这是我国国力所能达到的。
This article describes the obvious advantages of synthetic gas or methane production by water coal slurry gasification through pit mouth gasification rather than single unit chemical plant. It discusses the process line including regular technology usage, significant bottleneck through simulate calculation. And it also analyzes the economic realistic. For an artificial natural gas plant with the capacity of 3000m illion Nm3 per year, the CH4 content in the product can be up to 97.5%, annual coal consumption up to 6.4 million ton and investment about 18200 million RMB yuan, which is practical in consideration of econommic force of our country.
