摘要 [目的]研究水体镉污染对绿豆种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,为绿豆高产优质栽培提供理论依据。[方法]采用不同浓度(0、1、5、30、100 mg/L)的CdCl2溶液模拟水体镉污染,研究其对绿豆种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。[结果]高浓度的Cd2+明显抑制绿豆种子的萌发及幼株的生长,并导致幼苗可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量降低,游离脯氨酸含量提高。质膜透性增强,随着Cd2+浓度的升高,SOD活性先升高后降低,POD活性逐渐升高。[结论]高浓度的Cd2+对绿豆幼苗具有明显的毒害作用。 [ Objective] The aim was to study effect of water cadmium pollution on germination of mung bean seed and seedling growth and provide theoretical foundation for high quality cultivation of mung bean. [Method] Effect of different concentrations(0, 1, 5, 30, 100 mg/L)cadmium solution which simulated the water cadmium pollution on germination of mung bean seed and seedling growth was studied. [ Result] The result showed that high concen- tration CdCl2 solution obviously inhibited germination of mung bean seed and seedling growth , then which lead to some changes such as: the decrease of soluble sugar and soluble protein, increase of free praline, enhancement of plasma membrane pemesbility . SOD activity increased at fast and then de- creased, and POD activity increased gradually with the increase of Cd2+ concentration. [Conclusion] High concentration Cd2+ had obvious poison on mung bean scedling.
