摘要
[目的]为开发植物源杀菌剂提供理论依据。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法分析麦冬块根70%甲醇提取物对水稻纹枯病菌、桃缩叶病以及鬼芋根腐病的抑菌活性。[结果]结果表明,含有麦冬块根提取物原液的1/10,1/20,1/40以及1/80浓度都能明显抑制水稻纹枯病菌、桃缩叶病以及鬼芋根腐病菌菌丝生长,抑制率均达24.8%以上,且都随着处理浓度增大抑制效果明显提高,尤其是含有麦冬块根提取物原液的1/10浓度的抑制率均在71.5%以上。[结论]麦冬块根的70%甲醇浸提物对供试的3种病原菌具有较强的抑菌活性,其作为植物源杀菌剂值得进一步研究。
[Objective] The aim was to provide the theoretical basis for the development of botanical fungicide.[Method] The mycelial growth rate method was used to analyze the antifungal activity of 70% methanol extracts from dwarf lilyturf(Ophiopogon japonicus K.) roots to Thanatephorus cucumeris,Taphrina deformans and Fusavium solani.[Result] The results showed that all extracts from dwarf lilyturf roots with 1/10,1/20,1/40 and 1/80 original mlution significantly inhibited the mycelial growth rate of the three species of fungi. The inhibition rate was all over 24.8% and the inhibitory effects obviously increased with the increasing of treatment concentration. In particular, the inhibition rate of 1/10 original solution was up to 71.5%. [Conclusion] The extracts from the dwarf lilyturf roots with 70% methanol had strong antifungal activity on three kinds of test fungi and further study was valuable for the extracts as plant fungicide.
