摘要
针对罐式集装箱清洗废水种类多、浓度大的特点,采用湿式催化氧化法进行了处理效果的研究。探讨了催化剂的用量、氧化剂的用量、反应时间和反应温度等诸多因素对湿式催化氧化反应的影响,并对含不同污染物的8种清洗废水进行了应用研究。研究结果表明,最佳操作条件为:反应温度170℃,反应时间1h,H2O2用量:COD值为0.6,催化剂用量为0.8g·L-1。8种清洗废水的COD去除率达到95%以上,处理效果显著。
The wastewater treatment method of wet oxidation is taken into deep research in terms of the tank container cleaning wastewater which has more kinds and higher concentration. The influence on the wet oxidation of many factors including dosage of catalyst, dosage of oxidizer, time of reaction as well as temperature of reaction was discussed respectively. And besides, 8 kinds of cleaning wastewater with different pollutants were taken into application. The result showed that the optimal reaction condition is at temperature of 170°C and reaction time of 1 h with dosage of H2O2:COD was 0.6 and dosage of catalyst was 0.8 g·L^-1, at which the COD treatment rate of the eight kinds of cleaning wastewater was above 95% revealing a significant treatment effect.
