摘要
呋喃树脂涂料具有优良的防腐蚀性能,但质地较脆,附着性较差。用丙烯酸酯聚氨酯对其改性,形成互穿网络(IPN)结构,可提高涂层的柔韧性和附着性,同时保持其优良的防腐蚀性能。文中讨论了IPN形成过程中两种交联反应时间的匹配方法和丙烯酸酯聚氨酯用量对涂料性能的影响,并比较了改性前后的涂料性能。
