摘要
采用了一种自制的改性剂对聚氯代对二甲苯薄膜表面改性,研究了不同改性剂浓度以及反应时间对聚氯代对二甲苯薄膜表面改性效果的影响,用X射线荧光光谱(XRF)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了改性前后薄膜的表面特性。结果表明,改性剂浓度为1.5mol/L和反应处理时间为10min时处理效果最好,聚氯代对二甲苯薄膜表面与去离子水的接触角从未改性时的96.49°减小到改性后的67.5°,改性后的聚氯代对二甲苯薄膜表面能由未改性时的14.335mJ/m2提高到34.798mJ/m2,薄膜表面氯元素含量显著降低。
A kind of solution is adopted to modify the PPXC film. The effect of the different concentration and reaction time is studied. The modified PPX-C surface is characterized with X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy(XRF),X- ray diffractomer(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The result of test shows 1.5mol/L and 10 minutes are the optimal conditions, under which the droplet contact angle is decreased from 96. 49° to 67.5° and the surface energy of the film is increased from 14. 335mJ/m2 to 34. 798mJ/m2. The content of the chlorine(Cl) in the film surface falls notably.
