摘要
通过改变HDI齐聚物合成反应的条件,探讨了齐聚物的组成和分子量对涂膜性能的影响。测定了固化剂用量与涂膜表干时间的关系,表干时间随固化剂用量的增多而减短。热重分析法(TGA)对涂膜的耐热性进行了考察,随着固化剂用量的增加,涂膜交联程度增大,耐热性提高。测定了涂膜的各项物理和化学性能,结果显示,涂膜具有优异的性能,附着力、冲击强度、柔韧性达到了涂料标准的一级水平,具有高的光泽和硬度,并且耐水性和耐化学药品性能优良。
The effects of the composition and molecular weight of the HDI oligomer on the properties of coating film were studied. The relations between the time of surface drying and the quantity of curing agent was established. The heatresistant property of the coating film is studied by TGA, which showes that the crosslinkage increases with increase in content of curing agent, resulting in the improvement of the heatresistance. The physical and chemical properties of the coating film had been determined by using the national standard test methods showing that the coating is of the best quality.
