摘要
随着老年人口的不断增加,痴呆的发病率呈上升趋势。目前,痴呆的发病机制不甚明确,中医认为五脏亏虚,气血津液运化失调,痰湿、瘀血、浊毒内生为痴呆发生的主要病因,西医多数研究表明能量代谢与痴呆发生密切相关,现就其发病机制作如下探讨。
With the increasing of population of old people,the morbility of dementia is rising. Nowadays, the pathogenesis of dementia is still unelearly, most of TCM theories shown that deficient of WuZang, disorder of the function of qi, blood and body fluid leaded to the production of phlegmatic hygrosis, stagnant blood is the main pathogenesis of dementia, some experimental stud- y suggested that energy metabolism disorder is a important reason for dementia,following is the discussion for pathogenesis of dementia.
