摘要
结合玻尔兹曼叠加原理和标准线性固体模型很好地模拟了由PE/PP纺粘非织造布和TPU弹性薄膜复合而成的弹性材料在较低变形区的拉伸性能,通过参数的拟合分析反映出复合材料的部分性能并藉此指导制造工艺。
The tensile property in the low elongation zone of a combination material which is made of PE/PP spunbond nonwovens and TPU elastic film was well simulated by combining Bohzmann overlap theory and standard linear solid model in this paper, and some properties of the combination material can be evaluated according to the computation and discussion of the model parameters, and the manufacture techniques can be guided therefore.
